Hello, all of our prices do include Set-Up and Delivery unless the service area is outside of our “Free Delivery” radius. For more information, please call our Booking Team at (352) 999-0703
A grassy area is preferred to set up inflatable equipment. All inflatables and tents are secured to the ground by either stakes, water bags, sand bags, or water barrels. Please be sure area is clean of debris and animal waste. Stakes go into the ground approx. 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. Xtreme Jumpers and Slides will not be liable for any underground repair. Equipment can be set-up on concrete. If a concrete set-up is requires, please notify our staff when placing your reservation.
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.
A $50 deposit is required when booking your reservation. Complete payment will be collected upon set-up. If paying with Visa or Mastercard full payment is due upon reservation. We accept all major credit cards, cash and money orders.
Cancellation Fee:
There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any reason, except rain, based on the following:
Cancellation due to rain based on a 60% chance or higher, forecasted the day before by the local weather station.
You may reschedule your event, at no charge, if equipment is available for substitute date.
