Do the prices include delivery & setup?
Xtreme Jumpers and Slides, Inc. will deliver, set-up and take down all equipment.
What type of location is required for bounce houses & slides?
A grassy area is preferred to set up inflatable equipment. Bounce houses (Jumpers) and slides are anchored in the ground. Please be sure area is clean of debris and animal waste. Stakes go into the ground approx. 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. X-Treme Jumpers and Slides will not be liable for any underground repair. Equipment can be set-up on concrete. Please advise us if you prefer equipment to be set-up on concrete so we are prepared when we deliver.
Do I have to sign a contract or waiver?
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.
Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
A $50 deposit is required upon reservation. Complete payment will be collected upon set-up. If paying with Visa or Mastercard full payment is due upon reservation. We accept all major credit cards, cash and money orders.
What is your rain or cancellation policy?
Cancellation Fee:
There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any reason, except rain, based on the following:
Cancellation due to rain is based on a 60% chance or higher, forecasted the day before by the local weather station.
You may reschedule your event, at no charge, if equipment is available for substitute date.
What are the rules of use?
NO SHOES. NO CLOTHING WITH BUCKLES, ZIPPERS, OR CHAINS. NO BUBBLE GUM. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON INFLATABLE. NO SILLY SIRINS. NO ADULTS OVER 175 LBS.
Damaged equipment prior to pick up?
Damage to equipment, such as silly string or any other products that do not wipe off easily will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Any damage to the unit, such as excessive silly string or actual damage such as a cut in the material will result in total repair cost or unit replacement.
What are the requirements for power and/or water?
A power outlet will need to be available. We supply a 100 foot extension cord. Also, water supply must be available for use with wet slides. Some units require two outlets to operate two blowers. Any water equipment will require the customers water hose to reach the inflatable unit.
What is included in the concession rentals?
Cotton candy and sno cone machines will come with supplies to serve 30 people. Ice for snow cone machine to be provided by renter.
Can I move the unit after setup?
After the unit is set-up by Xtreme Jumpers and Slides it is not to be moved under any circumstances.
