What type of location is required for bounce houses & slides?
A grassy area is preferred to set up inflatable equipment. Bounce houses (Jumpers) and slides are anchored in the ground. Please be sure area is clean of debris and animal waste. Stakes go into the ground approx. 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. X-Treme Jumpers and Slides will not be liable for any underground repair. Equipment can be set-up on concrete. Please advise us if you prefer equipment to be set-up on concrete so we are prepared when we deliver. Back to top.
How much space is needed for setup?
Jumpers (Bounce houses) require 15 to 20 feet in length and 15 to 25 feet in height. Slides require 25 to 40 feet in length and 15 to 25 feet in height. Back to top.
Do I have to sign a contract or waiver?
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use. Back to top.
Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
A $50 deposit is required upon reservation. Complete payment will be collected upon set-up. If paying with Visa or Mastercard full payment is due upon reservation. We accept all major credit cards, cash and money orders. Back to top.
What is your rain or cancellation policy?
If there is a high chance of all-day rain and you wish to cancel your reservation, please give 24 hour notice to cancel for refund. All other cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit. Back to top.
What are the rules of use?
NO SHOES. NO CLOTHING WITH BUCKLES, ZIPPERS, OR CHAINS. NO BUBBLE GUM. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON INFLATABLE. Back to top.
Do I have to clean the equipment prior to pick up?
X-Treme Jumpers and Slides, Inc. will be responsible for all routine cleaning of inflatable and concession machines. If any major cleaning is required due to misuse (example gum or food on equipment) an extra $25 will be charged. Back to top.
What are the requirements for power and/or water?
A power outlet will need to be available. We supply a 75 foot extension cord. Also, water supply must be available for use with wet slides. Back to top.
What is included in the concession rentals?
Cotton candy and sno cone machines will come with supplies to serve 30 people. Ice for snow cone machine to be provided by renter. Back to top.
