- Every participant must remove shoes and wear socks.
- Absolutely no objects in pockets.
- No food, drink, candy or gum allowed on inflatables.
- No running in arena or party rooms.
- No pushing, shoving, wrestling, or rough play.
- Feet first on slides.
- No flips.
- Obey instructions from party host and Jump-In employees.
- Every participant must have a signed waiver.
- Our parties are scheduled every 2 hours. Please follow party host's instructions when it is your time to exit the inflatable arena. Once in the Party room guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena.
- Our party hosts are here to help your party run smoothly and interact with guests. Please feel free to tip your host if you feel that they deserve it.
- All concession items and party host gratuity must be paid for in CASH.
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to scheduled party time, as we have limited room in check-in area.
- For safety's sake, adults are not allowed to bounce or play on the inflatable structures, but may assist young children on inflatables.
- If you plan to have food delivered, it is your responsibility to coordinate delivery times with restaurant.
